Genghis Khan’s wife Sorghaghtani Beki was a Nestorian Christian, a/the CEO of Genghis Khan’s empire, the creator of its tolerance, and the foundation of her sons’ open-mindedness.

History’s biggest lies are in its omissions. Her omission from history is proof of this.

Julius Caesar was the pontifex maximus. Alexander the Great pursue all religions (except Persian Zoroastrianism) with reckless abandon. Ashoka’s pursuit of Buddhism to the ‘limits.’ The Mughal Akbar created a personality cult of all religions. Shah Jahan pursued tolerance and his son Dara Shikoh merged the 1 God religion of Islam with 330 million gods religion of Hinduism into one religion - The Meeting of Two Oceans.

Syncretism, tolerance, fusion, blending, mixing, acculturation, co-evolution, and inter-cultural/ethnic blending are the one true RULE of humanity. Nothing can separate, stay separate, or be separate.

Oceanus is one global body of water. Pangea allowed the America’s to drift and Siberian nomads wandered onto the seemingly isolated backside of the world, but even without small pox and the wheel, these worlds never purely isolated.

Sorghaghtani Beki is evidence that this blending was always happening: when we did not think it was, where we didn’t think it was, and in ways we lacked the creativity to conceive of.
